Rates for all packages and add-ons are based on per month pricing. *Additional costs may apply for handyman services, repairs, emergency services, etc., prices are subject to change. Limitations may apply to the AC filters provided and winterization. One month free is applied to the first or final month of the Standard Package cost. Operating Funds Reserve can be used for minor automatically approved maintenance and legal fees for evictions (not including eviction representation rate) and is to be replenished as used upon the following rental payment, or charged back at lease end. Other terms will apply, and will be lined out in Property Management Agreement.
